A Bite of Carman History
Enjoy the fresh air while taking in the retro character of a time gone-by with a trip to the famous Syl’s Drive Inn. Syl’s has maintained the authentic look, feel and service of a traditional drive-in while serving up classic favourites like burgers, subs and seriously thick shakes.
Break a Sweat or Beat the Heat
Head to King’s Park, located just within Carman. Work on your serves on the well-kept outdoor tennis and beach volleyball courts or hit a home run at the baseball diamonds. If you’re looking to cool down and unwind, take a dip at the outdoor pool or the Kin Splash Zone, also located within the park, or simply find some shade, kick back and enjoy the foliage.
Take Time to Unwind
Put your feet up and enjoy a hearty platter with a gorgeous view from the outdoor terrace of McGee’s Restaurant at the Carman Golf & Curling Club. A mainstay popular with locals and visitors alike, this licensed restaurant serves up family-style food and a wide array of classic platters in a relaxed dining atmosphere.
