Online Payments

The Town of Carman is now accepting payments by credit card for government services such as utility billings, taxes, and other fees.

So that the Town of Carman receives 100% of the billed amount, a service fee (which covers the cost of processing the credit card) will be assessed to the paying party. The Town of Carman has entered into an agreement with a third party (NxgenCanada) to provide the processing of credit card payments. The Town of Carman does not earn any revenue from the service fee. This payment with service fee option is offered as a service to our residents who wish to pay by credit card while ensuring that residents who do not wish to pay by credit card do not have to cover the costs of providing this service. 

Once you begin the payment process you will be taken to the NxgenCanada secured payment website. Please ensure that you have the following information before beginning the payment process. 
– Roll Number
– Account Number
– Invoice Number
– Civic Address
– Description
– Payment Amount
– Credit Card Information

For your security, the information gathered during the payment process is not shared with anyone. The Town of Carman will not have access to or store your credit card information we will just receive your payment.
