RM of Dufferin Summer Term Office Assistant Employment Opportunity

Invites application for the 4 month summer term position of OFFICE ASSISTANT

The successful applicant will work closely with the Municipal Office Staff and the Chief Administrative Officer in the monthly finances of the municipality. The successful candidate must possess the following skills: teamwork, communication, interpersonal, computer, administrative and Microsoft Office, Excel and Word. Duties include assisting with: general reception duties, data entry and other duties as they arise.  Hourly wage will be between $12.00 to 13.50 per hour and will be based on qualifications.

Town of Carman & RM of Dufferin CDFD Public Education Safety Coordinator Employment Opportunity

The Councils of the Town of Carman and RM of Dufferin are looking for a person interested
in filling the following position:

The successful applicant would be working cooperatively with the Safe Communities Carman-Dufferin Committee; CDFD Public Education Program and the Workplace Health and Safety Programs for the Town and RM.
Preferred applicants should have excellent organizational, communication and computer skills; familiar with Safe Communities/Parachute organization; interest in Public Education delivery through the fire department and knowledge of workplace health and safety programs.

Town of Carman Summer Student Employment Opportunity

is looking for a student seeking summer employment.
The position would be ideal for a University student with work starting in May or as early as possible and running until the end of August.  This position will work with the Public Works department watering flowers, recycling, and general labourer duties.
A valid Class 5 Drivers License is required.
